Catching up from the last few months, “Stealth Cabin” by Superkül, was awarded “Best of the Year Honoree 2013″ at the Interior Design Awards and was featured in Interior Design as well as Wallpaper.
This remote 1,500 square foot cottage in Bracebridge, Ontario brings a modern twist to an old-fashion log cabin. The main goal of this structure was to reduce the environmental impact on the land in which the structure was built on. By using mainly cedar to achieve continuity with it’s surroundings as well as being able to capitalize on the local carpentry.
